Returns & exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy.

• All returns have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
• All jewellery must be returned in their original condition, in the original box and/or packaging with original tags attached.
• When you ship back you return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

Once we have received and processed your return we will notify you via email that you have been refunded. We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order.

To make a return, please contact us on contact@cshell.se along with your invoice information.

Unfortunately we can not offer any free returns at the moment meaning the return shipping fee is carried by the customer.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, C’Shell reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.
